この愛を忘れないように。
On this day, in our yoga class in Hochiminh city, we had relaxation with yoga asanas then we wrote message on Origami and folded it into a shape of envelops. This letter is for their parents and grandparents of working hard every day.
この日、ホーチミンでのヨーガクラスは最初にみんなでヨーガをして体をほぐしてから、折り紙にお手紙を書いてそれを封筒型に折りました。お手紙は普段頑張ってお仕事している両親やおじいちゃんとおばあちゃんに。
This center is only one in Vietnam where the children of poor family go to.The children are 6 to 15 years old. Many children were raised by grandparents, they can barely go to school.
On my Saturday yoga class, their parents make a living by going to work like collecting bottles and other similar jobs.
ここはベトナム・ホーチミンで唯一１つしかない、貧困層の家庭の子供達が通うセンターで、6歳から15歳くらいの子が通っている。彼らは彼らの祖父母に育てられていることが多く、またギリギリで彼らを学校へ通わせることができる家庭で育っていて、私がヨガをするこの土曜も彼らの両親や祖父母はペットボトルなどを拾うなどして頑張って生計を立てている。
On Christmas Day.
その中でのクリスマス。
I asked the children that 『If you have some money here, what do you want? 』I got answer exactly like children's answer which is『I want to go to play game』he said that with small voice.
「ここにたくさんのお金があったら何がしたい？」そう聞くと、小さい声で子供らしい答えが帰ってくる、「ゲームしたい」など。 私は、「お金では買えないもの」のお話をこの日にしました。
This day, I shared about 『Things that by money can not be buy 』
『Your heart can not be bought by anyone with money so today let's make the letter 'thank you for every day' to your parents and grandparents who are working hard. 「みんなの心は誰もお金では買えないんだよ。だからいつも頑張ってお仕事しているお父さんやお母さん、おじいちゃんやおばあちゃんに『いつもありがとう』のお手紙を書こう。 If you get a lot of money in the future, please don't forget this heart. It's very important for you.』
In the beginning, they seemed to be shay, but they wrote with seriousness later. みんなが将来大きくなってたくさんお金を持ったとしても、この気持ちは忘れちゃダメだよ。大切なことだからね。」最初は照れ臭そうにしていた子供達だが、真剣に書き出す。
How I knew this center, when I was in local vegetarian restaurant in Ho Chi Minh city in January this year with my boyfriend, some of them introduced me to one Vietnamese lady. She Introduced me to her friend then she also introduced another friend for me and I finally reached this center. So it was drawn by many kind-hearted people to this place.
And connecting the love by my kind Japanese family, companions and friends. it became chain of love to children's smiles and peace of heart of their parents and grandparents through their letters. 私がこのセンターを知ったのは、今年１月にホーチミンのローカルべジタリアンレストランへ連れて行ってもらった時、1人のベトナム人の女の子を紹介してもらったのをきっかけに、彼女がその友達を紹介し、またその友達が違う子を紹介し、ここに辿り着いた。だからみんなのやさしい愛がここを引き寄せた。そして私の不器用な手に折り紙の折り方を教えてくれる日本の姉たちや、あそこに可愛い折り紙があったわよ、と教えてくれる母、安心して仕事を一緒にすることができる仲間たち、帰りを待ってるよ、と言ってくれる友達のお陰でこの愛が結ばれ、子供達の笑顔にそしてその親たちへの心の安らぎになって愛の連鎖になっている。
So I want to say 'Thank you very much for everything.'
だからみんな本当にありがとう。 I did't pay attention to the Christmas season this past few years, but this year I felt that I want to cerebrate for birthday of Jesus. It might be an effect of my catholic kindergarten in my childhood. ここ数年クリスマスを意識したことがなかったけど、改めてこのクリスマスの日にキリストが誕生したことをお祝いしたいなと感じた。私はカトリックの幼稚園に通っていたからその心がどこかに深くあるのだと思う。

There is true love. 私の勉強を深めてくれているヴェーダンタのお寺「ラーマクリシュナマース」では、クリスマスの時は、イエスキリストへお祝いもする。彼のためにヒンドゥーのお坊さんがクリスマスソングを歌う。 だから超越したものには宗教という言葉を遥かに超えて、真実の愛がそこにはあるのですね。
